We are excited to announce that award-winning First Nations artist, Sonya Rankine of @lakunmara will be hosting a workshop teaching the art and technique of traditional Ngarrindjeri and Ngadjuri weaving at The Cutting.
Sonja creates custom made unique jewellery and commissioned artwork combining traditional techniques with various other weaving styles.
Sonya is a proud Ngarrindjeri, Narungga, Ngadjuri, and Wirangu woman who believes weaving is more than just art, it is the important practice of cultural revival and maintenance.

Winemaker Belinda van Eyssen will guide you through a tasting of The Cutting’s boutique range, set in the very place where they are meticulously hand-crafted.
