We’re delighted to share some heartening news that 2022 The Outlier Grenache has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 2023 Barossa Wine Show. In a class of 52 wines, we were recipients of one of 6 gold medals awarded, affirming the judges’ comments on the quality of Grenache associated with the Barossa.

“Great wines, super class to judge. It’s clear that there is widespread skill in fashioning modern-day styles in the Barossa. Diversity and quality made it hard to settle on the best wines, creating healthy debate. We can see that Grenache can be handled to make wines for very different consumer preferences. A very important class for the times.”
