About This Project

The Cutting’s first ever vintage shows rich aromas of anise and black forest cake with a hint of clove and dried herbs. The palate delivers length and persistence with well-integrated oak.

Bottles produced: 276.

Harvest Date: 2nd March 2014.

Oak: 15 months in 100% used French Oak.

Alc: 14.2%.
